Where are the items in the collection produced?
Twiggypop Ranch manufacturers all clothing in the United States with materials that are both produced in the United States and abroad. We seek to use fabrics that are ecologically responsible and of high quality to give the customer a superior product without sacrificing the safety and humanity of those involved in the production process.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

What options do I have for shipping my purchase?
Twiggypop Ranch currently ships within the United States using the United States Postal Service. We hope to be able to offer international shipping options very soon. If you are outside of the US and would like to make a purchase, please contact us and we will work with you regarding your shipping options.
How long will it take for my product to be shipped?
Upon receipt of your order we will do everything that we can to ship out your purchase within 3-4 days. Purchases will be shipped using the USPS and will be sent via Priority Mail.
What is your return policy?
We hope that you are satisifed and enthusiastic about your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will accept refunds for up to two weeks after delivery. Products must be in original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached. The customer is responsible for both the shipping charges associated with the return and a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us regarding your return so that we can understand your reasons for the return as well as to help get you your refund. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, we will issue the refund.
I've heard about your shopping parties, how can I have one?
On occation we host shopping parties at various locations. If you are interested in hosting a party, please contact us to discuss your ideas.
